OMG!! I LOVE LOVE LOVE this workout! It is amazing and fun! A friend of mine does this class and I always see her posts on Facebook about going (you know who you are). I was going to make fun of her one day for being a trend follower even. I really had no clue what it was other than it being some type of workout.
Today I was looking for some Salsa dancing exercise DVDs on the internet and happened upon Zumba. I decided to check You Tube and watch videos to see what it was about. Turns out it is EXACTLY what I was looking for! I ended up finding the advanced video online and tried it this evening. The result...instant LOVE! I also found the Live DVD video and liked that one better. I enjoy dancing to Spanish music. It's perfect for me!
I have found a new love. Now I'm a trend follower too. LOL
